DISC & Motivators Assessment & Debrief Session
DISC provides a detailed analysis of an individual’s Natural (i.e., personal/ internal) and Adapted (i.e., workplace/ external) behavioral styles. The DISC report offers specific guidance for maximizing the outcome of any interpersonal or workplace communication. 
The perfect companion assessment to pair with DISC, Motivators measures the seven universal dimensions of motivation that drive each of us: Aesthetic, Economic, Individualistic, Power, Altruistic, Regulatory, and Theoretical.
